Speed Squad
At this level, swimmers learn skill and stroke refinement. Speed Squad is a great fit for those who do not wish to compete at USA Swimming events but enjoy competing and building skills. Swimmers in this group receive technique development on all four competitive strokes, starts and turns. Speed Squad is a perfect supplement to gear up for summer league success or as a starting point to prepare for competitive swim team.

Age Swimmers 9 to 14 years old (as of January 1).
Competence Can swim 25 yards freestyle & backstroke unassisted.
Expectations Able to work in group setting & take directions from a coach.
Competitive Aspirations No required competition attendance.
Commitment Requirements Month to month billing with no obligation to a year long contract.
Speed Squad is a month-to-month program.
